This culture might also include illiteracy and unwillingness to know and go beyond their own problems and circumstances. The sense of discipline is found to be negligible and nominal knowledge about other aspects of life such as, hope, hard work, finding opportunities, behaving in a sensible way, etc.

The culture of a Health care delivery system involves the provision and supply of benefits to everyone on a timely basis, since their goals include maintain equity and closing racial or ethnic differences, avoiding postponement in delivery, focus on patients and poor people, ensuring safety and effectiveness (Ledford, Lambrew, Rothman, & Podesta, 2008).

The cultural clash that might exist between the two parties can include the presence of contradiction in knowledge where the poor people do not have knowledge about what is going on in the world or what are the disciplines and procedures to perform a certain act.

It is because of illiteracy. Secondly, the presence of patience and character normally lacks in poor people since they are not civilized enough as the people of health care delivery system are. And finally, the thinking styles and life styles also have contradiction in them.
